Refund Policy
We want you to love your Angela's Essentials Candles. Please read the refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Candles are heat sensitive. During warmer months, we recommend selective expedited shipping to minimize time in transit. We are not responsible for melting caused by extreme heat during delivery.
All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of Angela's Essentials Candle products , we do no accept returns on used or opened candles,
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement or store credit refund, we require: your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit at no additonal cost to you.
