Processing Time

All Angela's Essentials Candles orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Please keep in mind that every candle is lovingly made by hand in small batches. We appreciate your patiencea dn understanding with our processing times, your order is worth the wait.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3-7 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 buisness days

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout based on order weight and location
Priority Mail available at an additional cost

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Tracking

During warmer months (May-September), we recommend selecting Priority Mail to minimize transit time. Candles are heat sensitive adn we cannot be responsible for melting due to extreme temperatures during delivery. We ship Monday-Wednesday during the summer months to avoid packages sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.

Summer Shipping Policy

Every one of Angela's Essentials Candles are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Packaging

All 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
